BASIC SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Two plans offered for the Basic Subscription fee. The Revenue- Based Subscription Plan offers unlimited users and is based on the customers trailing 12 month revenues. The minimum annual subscription to the Versa Cloud ERP system under this plan is USD $2,500 per year. The Fees for the Users-Based Subscription Plan is based on the Number of Named Users purchased starting at USD $1,800 for the first user and progressively less for subsequent additional users. The table below provides a sample of these fees.
IMPLEMENTATION FEES
Customers must choose either a Guided Self Service Implementation or a Full Service Implementation with the Standard Edition Basic Subscription. The fee for a Guided Self-Service Implementation is USD $4,500. The Full Service Implementation is invoiced on a T&M basis with an initial retainer of USD $15,00.
